Windsor Realty has a vast database with apartments ranging from studios, one, two, three, four, five or six bedrooms to open lofts. Styles range from 19th century Victorian homes with updated kitchens and bathrooms to totally renovated townhouses and new construction. Rental prices range from budget to upscale. Apartments in our database have been screened for an acceptable level of cleanliness and livability.
The first step in the apartment rental process is to accurately assess the needs of a client. We meet in person or on the phone, listen carefully to individual needs, life styles, geographic concerns, space preferences, and budgets.
We discuss building types, parking, public transportation, floor plans and layout, security, amenities, and timing. Once this assessment is made, we search our database for the most suitable choices and narrow the selections to only those properties that fit the needs. Together we view the properties, and after the choice property is selected, we negotiate any outstanding issues, and finalize the lease.
